We empower communities that strive to realize the goal of eliminating extreme poverty, by collaborating with partners to direct innovative models in rural healthcare, nutrition and financial services for the poor.
Communities impacted by a social crisis are in the best position to identify the solutions. Hence, leadership development is a vital constituent of social change work. A Grassroots NGO such as ours is pivotal to creating social change. At the core, we challenge the status quo, influence policy changes, educate communities, and advocate systemic transformations. For e.g., women’s empowerment would be futile without underlying economic freedom while community development would be in vain without access to a sustained source of income. Lasting change is feasible only when social transformations are created from the ground up. It is this critical attribute that sets us apart from other NGOs.
